These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the cb99 platform and all its services. By accessing cb99 or creating an account, the user is considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If a single person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Minimum Amounts

4.3 Transaction Validity

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New accounts at cb99 receive a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).

• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is suspected, cb99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the relevant account. A bonus can only be received once — the same person or household may not open new accounts repeatedly to claim bonuses.

All games at cb99 are conducted fairly and impartially. The following rules apply to all players:

6.1 Fair Play

cb99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

8.1 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of rules, cb99 will decide after investigation whether the existing balance will be returned. In cases of bonus abuse or fraud, the entire balance may be forfeited.
